Principal
Donald K. DeWoody
Donald DeWoody has been actively involved in commercial real estate for more than 30 years, during which time he has established himself as one of the premier tenant representation brokers in South Florida. DeWoody has assisted some of the most recognized national retail and restaurant companies in expanding their brands into the Florida market. As the founder of Landmark, he oversees the development of the firms’ leasing and sales divisions and provided consulting services to public and private companies in the disposition of commercial sites, and evaluation and negotiation of potential sites for lease or purchase. Prior to founding Landmark, DeWoody was a principal and Managing Director at Avison Young. He was also a founding principal of WG Compass Realty Companies, a regional realty services firm with offices in South and West Florida. Earlier in his career, he worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for the appraisal firm of Callaway & Price, Inc. DeWoody has earned several industry honors and certificates throughout his career, including the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He has served as an executive member of the Board of Directors and is a past chair of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. In addition, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, and was appointed to serve as a member of the 15th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee sponsored by the Florida Bar. DeWoody is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). A native Floridian, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from Florida State University.

Brian J. Richardson
Brian J. Richardson has achieved a comprehensive understanding of Florida’s commercial real estate market during his 20 year career. Richardson is a Principal and senior member of the Landmark Commercial Real Estate Advisors, providing leasing, consulting, and disposition services to institutional, regional, and local property owners, lenders, and users. Areas of expertise in site selection/tenant representation include site evaluation, development planning, lease and purchase contract negotiations, and property disposition services. Since his entry in the commercial real estate industry, Richardson has successfully implemented development plans and growth strategies for multiple national, regional, and local tenants and retail real estate development companies throughout the state of Florida. Significant assignments include AT&T, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and National City / PNC Bank. Mr. Richardson has extensive experience leasing and marketing a variety of retail real estate assets including grocery anchored shopping centers, power centers, single tenant buildings, and unanchored strip centers. Richardson consistently meets the objective of implementing successful marketing strategies which maximize the profitability of the asset and create long term value. Mr. Richardson is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida. Mr. Richardson has been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1998 and is a graduate of the Palm Beach Atlantic University Rinker School of Business.

Alfredo Sanchez
Alfredo Sanchez was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Alfredo specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation, asset disposition/acquisitions and underwriting, site selection, and advisory. Coupled with his market knowledge of South Florida and passion for customer service, Alfredo brings a skillful and professional approach to ensure his client’s goals are met. Alfredo has successfully transacted over 100 million in leases and sales and has been consistently named one of the top emerging leaders in transaction volume within Avison Young. In January 2022 Alfredo and his team left Avison Young to create Landmark Commercial Realty Advisors a boutique commercial real estate company based in West Palm Beach. Alfredo graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine with a dual major in Economics and Business Administration. In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami FL. Mr. Sanchez is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. He is fluent in Spanish. When Alfredo is not working you can find him playing tennis, surfing, freediving, staying active, and spending time with his family. He lives in Flamingo Park with his wife Mallory.

Guy Quattlebaum
Guy Quattlebaum is a Real Estate Sales Associate at Landmark Commercial Realty Advisors in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Real Estate Sales Associate,Guy is responsible for managing leases, writing and distributing Letters of Intent, conducting outreach to potential clients, showing listings, managing tenants,and synthesizing field research.Prior to Landmark, Guy worked as an Event Planning Intern for American Meetings International Inc. in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, Guy oversaw the creation,production, and distribution of the Destination Everywhere podcast, which has over 400,000 followers on social media.Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Guy attended Florida State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Entrepreneurshipand General Business. Guy pursued business to understand how to create a business, and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society forAcademic Excellence.
